CREATIVE LAB WORKSHOP SERIES
Step-by-step program to develop your own product.

UPCOMING: MAY 4 – JULY 6, 2025

Clear steps. Smart risk. Real outcomes.

FUTURE PROGRAM >

WHY MOST STARTUPS FAIL?

Most early-stage founders make the same mistakes. They build products nobody needs, waste time and money, burn out emotionally, and often return to employment.

No real market need

42% of startups fail because they build something no one wants【¹】

92% of SaaS startups fail within 3 years if they launch without demand validation【²】

Founder Conflict

65% of high-potential startups fail due to co-founder conflict or misaligned vision【²】

Lack of trust, poor communication, or unclear roles often derail progress early.

Aligned teams with shared goals are far more likely to succeed【³】

Founder burnout

Founders often invest 12–18 months, over $20,000 in savings, and forgo salaries of £80,000–£120,000 before realizing their product isn’t needed【⁵】

85% experience chronic stress and 49% consider quitting due to burnou【⁶】

You Don’t Have to Quit to Start

You can launch smarter — without risking everything.

A 15-year longitudinal study from the University of Wisconsin, analyzing over 5,000 entrepreneurs, found that founders who kept their day job during the early stages were 33% less likely to fail than those who quit immediately.

The data shows that preserving financial stability and mental clarity during product discovery leads to better decisions and lower emotional risk.

Creative Lab workshop series helps reduce these risks:

Proven Methodologies That Power the Program

We combine world-class methods into one coherent and actionable path:

Design Thinking

A user-centered approach to solving problems through empathy, rapid ideation, prototyping, and testing. Helps uncover insights that traditional market analysis often misses.

Jobs To Be Done

A framework to understand the “why” behind user behavior. Focuses on the real tasks users are trying to accomplish — helping you design solutions that fit into their lives.

Customer Development

A systematic process for discovering, validating, and learning from customers early on. Prevents building features or products based on assumptions, not needs.

Lean Startup

An iterative methodology that emphasizes learning through small, fast experiments. Helps avoid months of building the wrong thing by testing ideas before investing heavily.

Unit Economics

Tools to define how your product creates, delivers, and captures value — and whether it can be sustainable. You’ll learn how to calculate LTV, CAC, margin, and find your scalable path.

Market & User Needs Mapping

Visual techniques to identify where the demand is, how segments differ, and what gaps exist. Helps you position your product strategically — not just tactically.

Concept Lab isn’t just education — it’s a practical, execution-ready system built for real founders, real ideas, and real markets.

What You’ll Get in 10 Weeks

Everything you need to go from early idea to real product — without quitting your job or burning out.

Understand Real User Needs

Run effective customer interviews, map problems, and uncover what your audience actually cares about — so your product starts from truth, not assumptions.

Validate Ideas Without Building

Use fast, smart tests like smoke pages, fake doors, and concierge MVPs — and feel confident before you invest time and money.

Analyze Markets with Structure

Build clear Market Maps, segment users with precision, and spot hidden gaps where your product truly fits.

Design Lean Product Concepts

Turn real insights into powerful product ideas, backed by business models and unit economics that make sense — and scale.

Get Feedback from Real People

Test and iterate with real users using structured loops — learn what resonates, refine what doesn’t, and move with clarity.

Make Confident Decisions

Use practical tools and expert frameworks to reduce risk, act intentionally, and make each decision with purpose and direction.

And You Won’t Be Doing It Alone

Alongside the skills, you’ll grow with a network of sharp builders and thinkers — people who ask better questions, challenge ideas, and move forward together.

Participant Stories and Results

Real stories from real founders who’ve been through the journey — and are building better because of it.
